At V13 Store, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience. Please review the details below to understand our shipping policies and procedures.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. If you wish to update order details (e.g., shipping address), please contact us at hi@v13.store immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are not guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility and Risk
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier if the tracking information shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it. In such cases, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements.
For Customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom:
The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once you or a third party designated by you physically takes possession of the product.
For Customers in Germany:
The risk of loss or damage transfers to you after the shipment has crossed the German border (“Moment of Risk Transfer”). Any loss or damage occurring before this point will be covered by V13 Store, provided such damage can be verified.
Lost Shipments
If a package is lost in transit (as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information), you or your designated recipient may submit a claim for a replacement or credit. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date by contacting us at hi@v13.store. All claims are subject to investigation and approval at V13 Store’s sole discretion.
P.O. Boxes
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes. We recommend providing a full physical address to ensure successful delivery.
